Heidi Gade

Heidi is the Packaging Development Manager at Oticon and manager for the Packaging Management team at Oticon global headquarters. She holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Marketing.

Heidi has worked at Oticon since 2009 and is passionate about the user experience, usability, and sustainability in the world of hearing health care.

With curiosity and an aspiration for a better unboxing experience, Heidi tends to ask for permission to see what's behind the closed cabinet doors when visiting clinics. She does this to understand how things are used in the clinics, and how we as a manufacturer can make packaging as hassle-free, and natural to use as possible for the hearing care professionals and hearing aid users - with a strong focus on leaving the smallest possible CO2 footprint on our planet.
